Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy covers how you may interact with the NexSpark website, app, and underlying platform. It complements our Community Guidelines (which cover how you treat other members) and is part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted use

NexSpark grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service to seek a genuine relationship for yourself. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

You agree not to

• Access, scrape, harvest, or copy data, profiles, match reports, or other content from the service by any automated means (including bots, crawlers, or scripts), or build a dataset or competing product from it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or algorithms, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach or circumvent security, authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, including via denial-of-service attacks, malware, or excessive automated requests.
• Use another member’s account, share your account, sell or transfer access, or create accounts by automated means.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or evade a suspension, removal, or block.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content, or violate anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Use the service for advertising, solicitation, spam, market research, or any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by us.
• Frame, mirror, or misuse our trademarks, branding, or content without permission.

Security reporting

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@nexspark.com rather than exploiting or disclosing it. We appreciate good-faith reports and will work with you to address valid issues.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting or suspending access, terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement. We may do so without notice where necessary to protect the service or its members.
