Community Guidelines
NexSpark LLC · Last updated: June 5, 2026
NexSpark exists to help adults find genuine, lasting relationships in a respectful, safe space. These Community Guidelines set out what we expect from every member. They are part of our Terms of Service, and breaking them can lead to removal from the service.
Who can be here
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- One account per person, representing the real you.
- You must be legally free to date and sincerely seeking a relationship.
What we expect
- Be honest. Answer your questionnaire truthfully and represent yourself accurately. Matching only works when it’s built on real information.
- Be respectful. Treat every member with courtesy, even when declining or ending a connection. A simple, kind “no” is always enough.
- Respect privacy and consent. Honor other members’ boundaries and their choice of when (or whether) to share personal details or meet.
- Protect anonymity. Don’t pressure anyone to reveal their identity, move off-platform, or share contact details before you both choose to.
What is not allowed
- Harassment or abuse of any kind, including threats, intimidation, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact.
- Hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Sexual harassment or unsolicited explicit content. Do not send sexual content to anyone who has not clearly welcomed it.
- Fraud, scams, or solicitation. Never ask members for money, gifts, investments, donations, or financial information, and don’t use NexSpark to advertise, recruit, or sell.
- Dishonesty and impersonation. No fake identities, catfishing, misrepresenting your age or relationship status, or pretending to be someone you’re not.
- Sharing others’ information. Don’t collect, publish, or pass on another member’s personal details.
- Illegal, harmful, or exploitative activity, including anything involving minors, non-consensual content, trafficking, violence, or unlawful goods.
- Spam, automation, or abuse of the platform, including bots, scraping, or attempts to evade moderation or a removal.
Reporting and moderation
If a member breaks these guidelines or makes you uncomfortable, report it to safety@nexspark.com. We moderate messages for safety and review every report. You can also decline or end any connection at any time, without penalty or explanation.
Consequences
Depending on the severity of a violation, we may remove content, issue a warning, pause or close a connection, suspend an account, or permanently remove a member — without refund where a member has materially breached these guidelines or our Terms. Serious matters, including threats or illegal activity, may be reported to law enforcement. We apply these guidelines using reasonable judgment and may act to protect members and the integrity of the community.
