Magnetism: a guided path to confident dating

Magnetism is NexSpark's free, guided program for dating confidence, and this page is the plain-text version of it: what it is, what's in the companion ebook, and how the two pieces (online program and ebook) work together. Matchmaking asks who might fit your life. Magnetism asks how you want to show up once a real person is in front of you.

What Magnetism is

Magnetism is less about tactics and more about conditions. Attraction is easier to experience when both people can actually pay attention. Curiosity is easier when neither person is trying to control the outcome. Boundaries are easier when losing a bad fit doesn't feel like failure. You don't need to become louder, smoother, or more extroverted — Magnetism can look quiet: someone who listens without disappearing, speaks clearly without overselling, and lets warmth show without demanding a particular response.

It runs as a 21-day core program plus a 90-day maintenance stretch, live now inside the NexSpark app at nexspark.com/magnetism, free to every member. The companion ebook below is the same program in your hands: read it start to finish, or keep it beside the app as a reference while you work through it.

What's in the ebook

Ten chapters, plus workbook prompts throughout and a 30-day practice plan at the end:

  1. Start Here: What Magnetism Is
  2. How to Use the Online Program
  3. Your Baseline: Notice Before You Change
  4. Confidence Without Performance
  5. Presence: Be Where You Are
  6. Communication That Creates Connection
  7. Boundaries, Consent, and Self-Respect
  8. Dating in Real Life: Before, During, After
  9. Patterns, Rejection, and Recovery
  10. Your 30-Day Magnetism Practice

A sample from the workbook

Each chapter includes short written prompts, not just reading. From Chapter 3, Your Baseline:

When dating goes well for me, I want to feel…

I want the other person to experience me as…

Three behaviors I want to stop using to manage someone else's opinion of me:

How to use the two together

The online program is a practice loop, not content to consume: check in on your current state, work through the current section, reflect honestly on what came up, choose one small behavior to try in real life, then come back and report what actually happened. The ebook explains that loop in full and gives you somewhere to write through it away from a screen. Because the app is interactive and may evolve, treat the live experience as the source of truth for exact screen labels and sequence — the ebook explains the underlying structure, which doesn't change as often.
