Online dating is enormous, and almost universally disliked by the people who use it. The dominant apps make money when members stay on them, so a relationship that works is, in their model, a customer lost. NexSpark is built on the opposite incentive.

We’re a human-led matchmaking service for serious relationships, a real matchmaker makes every introduction, assisted by AI that screens the entire member pool on the dimensions that predict lasting compatibility, in both directions. Members answer a few thoughtful questions instead of swiping and stay anonymous behind an alias until they both choose to connect. We earn when a connection is made, not from keeping anyone scrolling.

• Capital-efficient. The full platform, member app, matchmaking engine, admin tooling, and billing, is built, live, and founder-built; current infrastructure runs at well under $100/month. We bootstrapped to a working product before raising.
• Focused go-to-market. A deliberate, city-by-city US rollout starting in Atlanta, scaling only once conversion is proven in-market.

Where we are

The product is built and operating. We’re raising a seed round to fund a focused growth phase, led by professional marketing, as we expand market by market. Detailed materials, including the deck and financial model, are shared privately with qualified investors under NDA.
